Job Summary
The SolventsClerk position is an on-site position located at the Lemont Refinery. Solvetns Clerk is responsible for the generation of all necessary documentation required for the safe and legal transportation of products that are loaded at the rack. This is accomplished by the use of the SAP programs that have been set up for CITGO and Shell accounts. Interaction with our Petrochemicals Division in Rolling Meadows, the truck drivers, and truck loaders are also required as part of this position.
Starting pay is $25.89/hour

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Degree required.
- SAP experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Good Communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Ability to interact with Truck Drivers and Loaders
- Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) Eligibility

- TWIC Eligibility Requirements: The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and Transportation Security Administration. All candidates must be eligible to receive a TWIC in order to be considered for an offer.

Job Duties
- Receive Truckers Request Form from driver and ensure that all the necessary information is entered.
- Enter information into SAP to generate Load List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Analysis.
- Fill out Meter Tickets to be used by loader.
- Put all paperwork together for driver to take at the completion of load.
- Complete and review Load Verification form with driver at the completion of load.
- Distribute proper placards, tags, and seals to driver.
- Communicate loading issues with Petrochemicals Transportation Manager.
- Contact CITGO and Shell Help Desk's for problems related to generation of Shipping Papers.
