Job Summary

As a Sr. Performance Management Analyst, your performance and contribution will achieve the following goals and objectives:

  • Increase efficiency and profitability: You will work closely with senior leadership to increase the firm’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term planning
  • Monitor and Track: You will use strong analytical skills with the ability to consume large amounts of information and translate to useful recommendations
  • Management reporting: You will conduct fit-for-purpose analysis, overseeing design, preparation and review of ongoing and ad hoc management reports, this role will have significant coordination with the Supply and Trade Leadership team.
  • Enhanced communication: You will serve as the liaison between front-office and back-office to facilitate proper planning and reporting. You will need the capability to cross business and functional boundaries to understand broader impacts of results
  • Lead a team of analysts: Your leadership will help develop the analysts of the future, providing guidance, mentorship and training

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, seeks big picture answers beyond immediate scope
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an extremely complex, dynamic and fast-paced team environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Relevant knowledge/experience with information tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in Power Platform Apps and RightAngle preferred
  • The minimum number of job related experience required is 6 years
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Job Duties

  1. Performance Management: Perform analytical work, involving the identification, compilation, and documentation of expenditures, for purposes of providing comprehensive performance results, key insights to inform organization on results and forecast future outcomes
  2. Business decision support: Work with various areas of the business to provide high quality advice on operational impacts through exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills. Use data mining in RightAngle and SAP as well as key relationships, knowledge of business strategy, trends and key events to identify new opportunities to improve business analytics, and performance management tools. Evaluate business opportunities and provide data to support approval or disapproval for proceeding forward
  3. Scenario modeling: Develop the actual model structure, testing process and implementation of the information model, and determines the best model delivery (i.e., using Power BI or MS Excel, etc.). Also creates the documentation for implementation of the models and the procedures on how to maintain the information models
  4. Management reporting: Coordinate input from the department to develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for presentation to Management.
  5. Leadership: Mentor direct reports helping to develop best practices, innovation and creativity in the next level of analysts Also to facilitate cross-training within all areas of Performance Management
  6. Special projects: Lead other initiatives and special projects as directed by the Supply and Trade Management team.
