Job Summary
Position’s primary responsibility is to review, verify, contact, develop a business relationship with, assign and introduce targeted CITGO FIT prospects to corresponding Outside Account Managers. This position will analyze all inbound leads derived from advertising campaigns, company websites, marketing activities and purchased sources to ensure that only viable leads are pursued. Position will also manage campaigns, develop and monitor reporting and productivity of all lead generation activities. Position would also provide Sales team qualified leads to convert to opportunities. Position will supply internal business development assistance to external sales team members that will improve sales efficiency and customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications
Degree:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is:
- 3 years.
List any specialized training or unique skills required:
- Proficiency in computer software including PowerBi, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMS.
- Excellent communicator across all mediums (phone, email, instant messaging, and formal presentations).
- Strong business acumen with an ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills that support continuous lead follow up.
Job Duties
- Identify, qualify, assign, and introduce targeted customer lead prospects to outside account managers. Qualify and assign all inbound leads from all channels to the appropriate sales representative. This duty requires the incumbent apply critical analysis of lead prospects in view of the Lubricants’ commercial strategy at the time to decide which leads will result in most value.
- Ensure the lead life cycle is effectively captured in Salesforce and related campaigns; dashboards and reports are maintained.
- Act as the primary coordinator of new account onboarding for sales department, liaising between internal departments, sales and the account.
- Interact with Lubricants Marketing, Customer Experience and Lubricants Management Systems to develop and coordinate targeted lead generation activities for strategic products, channels and segments as defined by the Lubricants Commercial Excellence strategy. Research market segments and potential customers to understand their needs.
- Regularly analyze top 10 customers in each channel for opportunities to increase share of wallet by reviewing product mix, order patterns, discount pricing usage, and marketing program participation.
- Maintain assigned book of business to ensure consistent volume and margin contribution while mining for growth opportunities. Attend trade shows to build brand awareness and capture leads.
