Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma plus 5 years of job-related experience.
Must have proficient computer skills.
Must be able to obtain Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) upon hire.
Must be able to obtain HAZMAT Certification upon hire.
Preferred:
SAP Light Oils experience.
Job Duties
- Supervise Product Inventory Systems and Reporting: a) Manage and perform terminal inventory transactions such as seasonal product changeovers; b) Reconcile SAP to VTAS; Review all pertinent daily/monthly documentation for accuracy and follow prescribed industry guidelines and procedures to ensure product inventories are safeguarded against theft or loss and, additionally, to eliminate, where possible, inventory fluctuations (Overages/Shortages); c) Implement data entry to ensure that pipeline, vessel and additive receipts, shipments, transfers, etc., are promptly and accurately recorded and all necessary inventory reports are completed. Interface with Corporate Departments associated with inventory and additive reconciliation.
- Schedule Product Movements and Associated Support Services and Provide Product Quality Oversight for Receipts: Schedule incoming and outgoing products via Pipelines, Marines Vessels, and/or Rail. Plan for any additional services required for incoming product movements, such as additives, biodiesel and butane. For marine movements, schedule support services such as guard services and booming contractor. Perform required notifications to agencies and organizations for incoming product movements. Coordinate with vessel agents and representatives concerning guard services, and security issues such as deliveries, visitors, and stores. For Pipeline movements, schedule and communicate with Corporate Scheduler and 3rd Party inbound and outbound pipeline companies. Coordinate with 3rd Party Inspection Companies for required sampling and testing of products. Product Quality Oversight – Review all Pipeline Schedules, Vessel Load Port COA’s, Tickets, Sampling Results and Reconciliations for compliance with CITGO Product Quality Fuels Central requirements.
- Supervise Truck Driver Interface with Loading Rack and Related Rack Systems: Monitor Loading Rack and related rack systems. Areas of focus will include product meter accuracy, video security system, VTAS control system, additive systems, product pumps, grounding, overfill prevention, trailer identification systems, loading rules enforcement and monitoring of safety and security compliance. This position will have the primary responsibility for driver training, customer accounting and maintaining all applicable files/records.
- Supervise Record Retention Program: As the Terminal Records Coordinator for the RIM Compliance, responsible for tracking compliance with Records Retention Policy.
- Back-up for Operations, and Off-Hrs Coverage for Vessel, Pipelines and Rack Issues: Able to fill the role of a Terminal Coordinator. To provide assistance to other employees as needed. Work may be required after hours including nights, weekends and holidays. This position may also be required to be on-call during periods away from work such as coverage for pipeline and vessel scheduling/coordination, and terminal loading rack issues.
